The final activity for the week was Career Day. Each department was assigned a different profession to represent and tasked to perform a short skit reflecting the global theme for the Customer Service celebration, which is Mission Possible.

The presentations were both educative and entertaining, showing creative ways to improve customer experience while also filling the room with laughter. Staff showcased impressive talent through their performances, humour and a strong understanding of customer care principles.

At the end of the day, not only were hidden talents discovered, the mission of promoting exceptional customer service was successfully accomplished.
