GRAND LAUNCH OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MONTH CELEBRATION

On Friday, 10th October 2025, the National Lottery Authority (NLA) officially launched its Customer Service Month Celebration in grand style.

With champagne popping, loud applause, laughter and cheers, the Authority marked the beginning of a month dedicated to appreciating and enhancing customer service excellence.

Speaking at the launch, Mr Philip Cole of the Customer Service Unit announced this year's theme: "Mission Possible" '. He explained that the NLA is committed to delivering outstanding service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience with the NLA brand.

Achieving this mission, he stressed, is not only important but entirely possible. Mr Cole also shared the exciting line-up of activities planned for the month and encouraged all staff to actively participate and contribute to the success of the celebration.

The Director-General, Mr Mohamed Abdul-Salam, followed with an inspiring keynote address. He expressed his pride in the dedicated staff whose excellent performance continues to uphold the NLA's reputation. He urged everyone to keep up the momentum and work together in achieving the organisation's vision.

Following the speeches, Mr Abdul-Salam, the Deputy Director-General, Mr Yeboah Wadie, and other executive managers mingled with staff in a show of unity and appreciation.

Light-hearted chats and warm interactions created a spirit of harmony and celebration.

The event concluded with the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolising the start of Customer Service Month. Departments took turns capturing memorable portraits with the Director-General and Deputy Director-General, marking a joyful start to the month-long festivities.
