The Director-General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Mr. Mohammed Abdul-Salam, has been honoured with a prestigious Gold Award at the 8th Ghana Business Leaders Excellence Awards. 

The Ghana Business Leaders Excellence Awards, instituted and organized by Top Brass Ghana, recognizes excellence and honours individuals, corporate institutions, and entrepreneurs whose hard work and exceptional leadership have contributed to the nation's economic growth and development.

The Awards Ceremony, held to commemorate Ghana's 65th Anniversary of Republican Status,was themed "National Development Through Dynamic Business Leadership."

Over 25 leaders, institutions, and entrepreneurs from across various industries were honoured on the night for their distinguished achievements.

Key among them was the Director-General of NLA, Mr. Mohammed Abdul-Salam, who received the Gold Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Ghana's economic development in the category of National Revenue Mobilization(Lottery). Mr. Abdul-Salam was also recognized for his elevation to the exalted position of Vice-President of the African Lotteries Association (ALA).

Mr. Abdul-Salam expressed his gratitude to the organizers for the recognition, attributing the success to the collective effort and unwavering dedication of the Management and Staff of theNational Lottery Authority.
